Duration:
- The Guild – up to 14 hours
- VTCT – up to 21 hours
Assessment requirements:
- The Guild – home practice & practical assessments at a later date
- VTCT – additional practical assessments, portfolio evidence – case studies
Pre-requisites to course:
- None
- Massage qualification/experience is an advantage but not necessary
Please note that The Guild qualifications are not insurable with the FHT unless you hold pre-requisite qualifications (please call for details), there are many other insurance providers though who will.

Training and assessment fees:
- The Guild – Indian Head Massage Award £200, plus Guild membership fee
- VTCT – Level 3 Certificate in Indian Head Massage £300
- Leisure course (no certification) £150
*A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required
